Please contact the authorized Cignal Partner who installed your service. Postpaid subscribers in Metro Manila may also call the Cignal hotline at CIGNAL1 (02) 2446251; those outside Metro Manila may call our domestic toll-free hotline 1-800-10-2446251. You may also email care@cignal.tv, or text 391.800.8000.

2.    Can I call the hotline anytime I want?

You can call the Cignal hotline daily from 6:00am to 12:00mn

3.    Is your hotline toll-free?

Those in Metro Manila may call CIGNAL- 1 (02) 2446251. Regular rates apply.

Those outside Metro Manila may call our toll-free domestic hotline at 1-800-10-2446251.
